You must connect using York Region VPN to access Citrix.

You may be asked to enter your York Region email address and password. You also may be asked to authenticate your account using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Reset Password / Unlock Account
• Access Your Citrix Desktop

Personal Computer

Instructions on how to install and update Citrix on your personal computer are provided below:

Region-issued Computer

To install Citrix on your Region-issued computer, use the Application Catalogue or call the ITS Service Desk at ext 71111. You must be connected to the Region's network to complete this install.
