Groundwater Well Testing at Nobleton North Elevated Tank
The Regional Municipality of York will be working in the community conducting a groundwater investigation as part of the Region’s environmental and water supply management programs.
As part of the project, York Region will be testing the groundwater monitoring well at the Nobleton North Elevated Tank, located at 13740 Highway 27 in the community of Nobleton. Testing the monitoring well includes the continuous pumping of groundwater for six hours during the day.
When: May 23 to June 3, 2022
What Can You Expect?
Due to the nature of the work, there will be increased traffic entering and leaving the elevated tank site; every effort to minimize this will be made
There are no planned impacts to your water services
As with all projects, some work may be re-scheduled due to weather and other conditions
