Access York Contact Centre and York Region Provincial Offences Courts Closed on November 11  

On Monday, November 11, 2024, Access York (call centre and service counters) and York Region Provincial Offences Courts (courtrooms and front counter services) will be closed. Services will resume on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.

During the closure, here are some immediate supports available:

• People experiencing homelessness can continue to contact the Emergency Housing Central Intake Line at 1-877-464-9675 ext. 76140
• If you are in crisis, please call 1-855-310-2673 (310-COPE)
• If you would like to apply for financial assistance through Ontario Works or Emergency Assistance, please call 1-888-999-1142
• If you would like to report a road maintenance problem, please call 1-877-464-9675 ext. 75000 (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), email @email or use Report a Problem at york.ca/ReportAProblem
  • After hours: To report urgent matters impacting the safety of road users, such as a spill, traffic signal outage or road emergency, call 1-877-464-9675 ext. 75200
