Our clinics offer a variety of vaccines, including:
- All Routine Childhood Vaccinations: Available for students aged four to 18 years, following Ontario’s Publicly Funded Immunization Schedule. Routine vaccines protect against Meningococcal, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (whooping cough), Polio, Measles, Hepatitis B, HPV and many others
- RSV Vaccine: Available for older adults aged 75 and older and those aged 60 to 74 who meet the high-risk eligibility criteria. More information on the eligibility criteria can be found at york.ca/SleevesUp
How can I book an appointment? Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
- Book your appointment online at york.ca/SleevesUp
- If you are attending an appointment for routine childhood vaccinations, please submit your child’s immunization record online through Immunization Connect Ontario (ICON) before the appointment and bring your immunization records (yellow book) to the appointment.
