Maple North Reservoir Upgrade - Notice of Construction

The Regional Municipality of York is upgrading the Maple North Reservoir located at 11201 Keele Street, in the City of Vaughan. The work includes upgrading two underground reservoirs, building a new access house, and improving the valve house. These upgrades will extend the life of the facility.

Duration: June 2023 to July 2024

Impact:

• All the work will happen in the Maple North Reservoir property
• There will be increased construction-related traffic in and out of the site; staff will be on-site to help with the movement of traffic, as needed
• There will be some construction-related noise and dust, though every effort to minimize this will be made
• There is no impact to your water or wastewater services
• As with all construction projects, some work may be re-scheduled due to weather or other conditions
