Notice of Completion - Stouffville Environmental Assessment
The Regional Municipality of York has completed a Schedule B Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) study to identify the water infrastructure upgrades needed to support approved growth in the community of Stouffville, in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. As a result of the study, York Region identified upgrading the Stouffville Reservoir west cell and rehabilitating the existing Zone 2 Elevated Tank as the preferred water storage alternatives. The study also identified a water supply alternative to maintain the existing system and rehabilitate existing wells as needed.
