#LetsCook30 Workshop: Knife Skills

What:

A Chef’s Guide to Cuts, Shortcuts and Food Waste
This hands-on workshop will walk you through some basic knife skills bringing a deep respect and understanding for everything the knife touches. Chef Julian Pancer will be sharing over 15 years of professional experience, as participants are given a full scope of all things knife. Avoiding food waste will be the main focal point of this workshop, minimizing waste through honed knife skills and education of how to use everything. Participants will be guided through all styles of cuts and cooking methods for a selection of meats, fruits, and vegetables and will be eating everything they prepare, so bring an appetite! 

Cost $20. Space is limited. Registration Required

This workshop is held at Market & Co., located on the lower level of Upper Canada Mall adjacent to Yonge Street. Additionally, the market has its own exterior entrance on the east side of the mall, also adjacent to Yonge Street.
