Paramedics deliver holiday cheer to children and seniors

Newmarket – On the night before Christmas, The Regional Municipality of York’s Paramedic Services will deliver stuffed animals for children and blankets for seniors to three local hospitals.

Ganz Inc., a wholesale gift and toy distributor based in the City of Vaughan, has generously donated the stuffed animals to York Region Paramedic Services for delivery. The blankets are either handmade or purchased by paramedics and their family members.

Media are invited to photograph paramedics and children as they load the stuffed animals and blankets into Paramedic Services vehicles.
