This map lists 30 Farms, 11 Farmers’ Markets and 18 Food and Fair events. Its purpose is to serve as a guide to uncover local farm fresh products within York Region. Farm Fresh 2018 Guide

This year, we introduced a Passport to Fresh program to encourage consumers to visit as many of the farms on the map for a chance to win a fantastic Thanksgiving Harvest Basket, and of course enjoy locally grown produce, eggs, honey, meats and more!  Visit and purchase an item from as many of the Farm Fresh Farms on the map. With each different farm you will get your “passport” stamped. For every five farms you visit you get an entry, if you visit all 30 farms you get ten entries with a greater opportunity to win. The winner will be announced October 1, 2018.

The passport is available in the York Farm Fresh 2018 Guide Map or downloadable online at
