Students learn the importance of a clean water supply, develop respect for a healthy environment and make a commitment to the sustainable use of natural resources. The York Children’s Water Festival promotes hands-on learning, away from a standard classroom setting.

The York Children’s Water Festival is a component of York Region’s Water for Tomorrow program and is organized in partnership with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. For more information on York Region’s water conservation initiatives, please visit york.ca/waterfortomorrow
