Waste less. Savour more.

Eating healthy, home-cooked meals, made with fresh, local ingredients is one way we can feel good about what we’re putting in our body and on the table for ourselves and our family. This fall, York Region, is pleased to offer a series of food-based workshops in partnership with Market & Co at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket. These workshops will introduce you to some essential skills to help you plan, prepare and enjoy meals that you can be proud to serve. The workshops will provide you with the confidence and skills to start planning and creating your own fresh, locally sourced, delicious meals while wasting less in the kitchen and your pocketbook.
