The Drop Zone

The Drop Zone is an affordable neighbourhood after-school program for students in Grades six to eight attending York Region Public and Catholic Schools.

It’s a place for students to develop leadership skills, play games and sports and enjoy cooking activities. Some programs offer homework help. Healthy snacks are also provided.

Programs are delivered by qualified local municipal recreation staff in partnership with the York Region District School Board and York Catholic District School Board.
