It was moved by Regional Councillor Rosati, seconded by Mayor Dawe that the Board confirm the Minutes of the May 7, 2015 meeting of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc., which was Carried.

15-27 Presentation - 2014 Financial Statements
Carlene Jackson, Director, Program Finance and Chief Financial Officer and Nick Savino, Manager, Housing Operations North, made a presentation regarding “2014 Financial Statements”.
It was moved by Mayor Hackson, seconded by Regional Councillor Rosati that the Board receive the foregoing presentation, which was Carried.
15-28 Presentation – Richmond Hill Housing and Community Hub 10415 Yonge Street – Update
Rick Farrell, General Manager and Josh Scholten, Director, Housing Development and Asset Strategy, made a presentation regarding “Richmond Hill Housing and Community Hub – 10415 Yonge Street - Update”.
It was moved by Regional Councillor Rosati, seconded by Regional Councillor Armstrong that the Board receive the foregoing presentation, which was Carried.

15-29 2014 Financial Statements
A report of the General Manager and Chief Financial Officer, dated May 22, 2015, recommending that:
1. The Board approve the draft 2014 Financial Statements and explanatory notes for Housing York Inc. (see Attachment 1) and submission to York Region, in its role as Service Manager and Shareholder of the Corporation.
2. The Board approve the 2014 Annual Information Return for the Housing York Inc. Provincial Reform Program (see Attachment 2) and submission to York Region, in its role as Service Manager and Shareholder of the Corporation.
3. The Board approve the 2014 Annual Report for Housing York Inc. (see Attachment 3).
It was moved by Mayor Hackson, seconded by Regional Councillor Rosati that recommendations 1 and 2 be adopted, which was Carried.
It was moved by Mayor Quirk, seconded by Mayor Hackson that recommendation 3 be adopted, which was Carried.
15-30 Richmond Hill Housing and Community Hub – 10415 Yonge Street Update
A report of the General Manager, dated May 22, 2015, recommending that:
1. The Board authorize the General Manager, or delegate, to implement a new financial model, as outlined, in this report, for the 202 apartment units at 10415 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill.
2. The Board authorize the General Manager, or delegate, on behalf of Housing York Inc. to execute all agreements and documents necessary to lease commercial space located on the ground floor of the building.
3. The Board approve “Aspire” as the official name of the building.
It was moved by Regional Councillor Rosati, seconded by Regional Councillor Armstrong that recommendations 1 and 2 be adopted, and that recommendation 3 be deferred to the September 10, 2015 meeting of the Housing York Inc. Board, which was Carried.
15-31 Other Business
Mayor Quirk requested a tour of Lakeside Residences in Keswick.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 11:57 a.m.
