After you have watched Part 2 of the course, please answer a few short questions to review what you learned. York Region will then send you a proof of completion email to confirm you have completed Part 2 of the course.

Your answers to the questions will be kept confidential by the Regional Municipality of York (York Region Public Health) in accordance with privacy laws.
