York Region Public Health offers free online prenatal education that you can access anytime, anywhere!
Our online program, Bump to Baby, helps expectant parents make healthy choices during their pregnancy and prepare for labour, delivery, and newborn care. Program modules are interactive and include evidence-based information on prenatal care, birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and caring for your baby, plus helpful videos and quizzes.
Eligibility
This program is available to York Region residents at no cost.
Registration is required.

If you have already registered for the previous prenatal program, you should receive an email with instructions on how to log into Bump to Baby.

Community Prenatal Programs
- La Leche League Canada provides free Prenatal Breastfeeding Classes offering preparation and education for expectant mothers and their partners. To register or inquire, please contact @email or call 905-252-5447.
- All Babies Count prenatal nutrition program is a free weekly program for women of all ages who need extra support during their pregnancy. Expecting mothers learn about nutrition, pregnancy and parenthood.
