The personal information submitted in this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25 and in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.56 for the purpose of collecting public input on the High Street and Woodriver Bend Sewage Pumping Station and signing up for the mailing list to recieve project updates. With the exception of personal information, all comments received will become part of the public record.
