Woodbine Avenue Culvert Rehabilitation

York Region is rehabilitating a culvert that allows water to pass freely under Woodbine Avenue, south of Highway 7.

Duration: October to December 2026

Impacts to Travellers

  • Work will occur Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • The road will remain open to through traffic; however, lane reductions may be required between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
  • The existing transit stop will temporarily be relocated approximately 20 metres south of its current location
  • Access to homes and businesses will be maintained 

As with all construction projects, work may be rescheduled due to weather. York Region will provide advance notice where possible.
