Welcome to York Region's Online Prenatal Program Registration
Bump to Baby is a free, online and self-paced prenatal program that provides clear, evidence-based guidance throughout pregnancy and childbirth. Access videos, interactive activities and practical tools to support you through labour and birth, postpartum recovery and newborn care. These resources are designed to help you feel informed and confident every step of the way.
To register, please share your contact information and a few details about your pregnancy. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with an access link, username, password and links to local resources that may be helpful in your prenatal and parenting journey.
While participating in the Bump to Baby online prenatal program, you will be sent program updates to keep you informed and surveys to help us understand your experience and make improvements to our content. Your responses will be used to analyze the effectiveness of the training and may be shared anonymously in summary reports.
You may choose to opt-in to receive information on services and programs available from York Region Public Health related to pregnancy and parenting. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time.
