Welcome to York Region's Online Prenatal Program Registration
Bump to Baby is a free, online and self-paced prenatal program that provides clear, evidence-based guidance throughout pregnancy and childbirth. It helps you prepare for labour and birth, postpartum recovery and newborn care through videos, interactive activities and practical tools to help you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
To register, please share your contact information and a few details about your pregnancy. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with an access link, username, and password.
While participating in the Bump to Baby online prenatal program, you will be sent surveys to help us understand your experience and make improvements to our content. Your responses will be used to analyze the effectiveness of the training and may be shared anonymously in summary reports.
