Request for Inspection of Seasonal Farm Workers’ Housing

The farm workers’ housing accommodations must meet minimum requirements as set out in the Seasonal Farm Worker Housing Guidelines before an inspection is conducted by a Public Health Inspector.

Farm owners/operators are required to ensure that the workers’ housing accommodations complies with all local building, fire and zoning requirements. Contact your local fire department to ensure Fire Code requirements are met before the inspection by a Public Health Inspector.
