Garbage and Recycling Live Chat

Chat live with an agent for answers about garbage, green bin, recycling and waste reduction programs.

Live Chat operating hours: 

• Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 
• Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Using Live Chat 

• In order for us to help you better, we ask that you keep your questions brief and focused
• To start a chat, click the blue “Chat with a Live Agent” button at the bottom right of the screen
• You will be asked to select your topic of interest from the menu that appears
• If your topic is not there or you need more help, select the menu option “Chat with Us”
• At the end of the session, you’ll be invited to complete a short optional survey
