This meeting is being held under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and will be conducted both electronically and in person in Committee Room A, York Region Administrative Centre, 17250 Yonge Street, in the Town of Newmarket, in accordance with Section 126(13) of the Act.

Deputation requests will be accepted by the Regional Clerk's Office until 12 p.m. on September 16, 2026. Registered deputants will be provided with a link and instructions for joining the meeting.
