Vivian Road Rehabilitation

York Region is removing and replacing asphalt road surface on Vivian Road from Woodbine Avenue to Highway 48 in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. The project includes repairing and replacing culverts that allow water to run freely under the road and driveways. Residents will be contacted by the contractor before work commences on driveways. Additional works includes installing guiderails that provide a barrier between the roadway and potentially hazardous situations, as well as cleaning roadside ditches.

Duration: June to September 2026

Impacts to Travellers

• Lane restrictions are required Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Access to homes and businesses will be maintained
