Digital Safety and Online Fraud Prevention for Seniors-Serving Organizations

York Region and York Regional Police are partnering to host a free virtual information session designed to help staff, volunteers and caregivers support older adults navigating online environments safely and confidently. Participants will learn practical approaches to recognize common online scams, protect personal and financial information, and respond to common digital safety risks affecting older adults. The session will include a presentation from York Regional Police experts followed by a live question-and-answer period.
