- High School Special routes are suspended for summer holidays
- Route 9 – Ninth Line weekend service introduced as part of a pilot in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville

York Region Transit (YRT) fare changes will take effect on Tuesday, July 1, 2025
In November 2024, York Regional Council approved a 3% transit fare increase effective Tuesday, July 1, 2025. The fare increase will help cover rising operating costs due to high inflation and support delivery of transit services throughout the Region.

| Cash, credit or debit | $4.40 | $4.50 |
Discounted YRT fares continue to be offered through the PRESTO card, PRESTO mobile wallet and PRESTO E-Tickets.
YRT offers several discount and fare assistance programs such as the Transit Assistance Program, One Fare, Ride to GO and Fare Capping.
