Vape Facts: Share Your Feedback on York Region's Youth Vaping Awareness Campaign
York Region is inviting residents to complete a short survey about the recent Vape Facts, a youth vaping awareness campaign and share what they know about the health risks of vaping.

Who Should Participate
Youth aged 12 to 17 are especially encouraged to participate. If you have a child in this age group, or know someone who does, please encourage them to complete the survey or share the survey link with them. As a thank you for participating, respondents will have the opportunity to enter a draw for a chance to win a $100 gift card.
About the Vape Facts Campaign
The Vape Facts campaign ran on digital screens and social media across York Region from mid-May to mid-July and aimed to increase awareness of the health risks associated with vaping among youth.
Youth trying and regularly using vapes (also known as electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes) has been an ongoing health concern in York Region, especially among those in senior high school grades. Vaping is not harmless and has short and long-term health risks for youth.
Feedback collected through the survey will help York Region better understand awareness of vaping-related health risks and strengthen programs and initiatives that support youth and young adults.
