The Regional Municipality of York (“York Region”) is collecting your personal information under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, s. 11. Your personal information will be used as described in these Rules and Regulations, including to process your Entry and administer the 2026 York Region Waste Depot Survey Contest. Your personal information is collected, used, disclosed and retained in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.56.

Contest closes December 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Six (6) $50 CDN restaurant gift cards available to be won. Draws will be held February 23, April 27, June 29, August 24, October 26 and December 14, 2026 at 12 p.m. Skill-testing question required. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Contest open to York Region residents only who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary. One entry per household.
