This survey gathers feedback from not-for-profit agencies delivering human services in York Region. The Community Investment Fund supports local initiatives that address human service gaps, complement Regional programs and align with Council priorities.
York Region is undertaking a review of the Community Investment Fund with the goal to strengthen community outcomes, better respond to community needs, service pressures and emerging trends, and make funding processes more effective for organizations and residents.
Your input will help inform potential improvements to funding processes and guide future approaches for the Community Investment Fund.
The survey is intended for not-for-profit agencies or registered charities delivering human services to York Region residents. Please have one person complete this survey on behalf of your organization. The respondent should be familiar with your organization’s experience with the Community Investment Fund and/or your community and organizational needs.
If you wish to fully complete the survey, it must be fully completed in one session. The survey cannot be partially completed and revisited.
